VENDOR INFORMATION
Are you interested in joining our family of vendors at Nifty Gifty Norfolk?
We are a gift & home decor artisan shop featuring mostly NORFOLK made items by folks like yourself. Shop Local, Buy Local is HUGE in Norfolk County and surrounding areas!!! And we believe that there are MANY talented home crafter's and small businesses that might not have the exposure that they need and want for their product. We are offering space for your product in 2 floor store front downtown on Alice Street directly across the street from Ritzy Cakes & Deli. We are central to busy Antique Markets, unique shops, newly opened Wishbone Brewery and near the popular Waterford Heritage Trail and Shadow Lake Park.
For an inexpensive monthly rental fee + a small commission, we staff the store, advertise in many areas, maintain a website, POS transactions, an inventory control system, insurance, heat, hydro, security cameras, phone, Internet etc. All you have to do, is do what you do best.. your craft. You will be paid once per month, at the end of the month, with a report every Tuesday, of what's been sold the previous week. Should your products be "flying off the shelves" you will get a phone call or email so that you can bring us more!

Commission
10%
Commission is 10% of your sales. For every $10 we sell for you, we keep $1.
Rent
Various booth sizes available at low monthly rates.

Our space rental agreements are for a minimum of a 3 month commitment.
After the 3 months, it becomes month-
If at ANY point after the 3 months you want to leave, no problem at all... all we ask for is a
minimum of 30 days notice prior to doing so.
